When I read this the first thing I did was app my boyfriend. You should know how I feel when I tell you he loves to go out until early in the morning. And half past the night I get a half text which says something that should mean that his phone is almost empty. I think this app is a as we like to call it ‘een schot in de roos’ or the right thing.

Last message is a very simple concept. When your phone is about to die he automatically text, tweets, Facebooks or emails to the friends you apply. So the people who needs to know are aware of your died battery. They know you are not just ignoring them, mad at them or do not want to respond. It takes away a little stress when you know you will be disconnected. You can set the time the alarm will go off.

Even though Last Message is simple it includes advances features. There is a statistic page to learn additional information about the battery, measure the battery temperature and more if needed.

Why I think it is cool?

You can personalize your message anyway you like and even choose at what percentage you’d like the app to send the message. Socialbesitas is becoming even bigger for the youth because they want to be online at all time. Last Message gives them a simple way to let everybody know they are not able to contact them for a while. This is a cool app because it is an free app an had a wide range of target. You can inform your mom or even your spouse. It has future growth potential because letting people know where you are and what you are doing is still a big thing.

For me it has future growth potential because research already showed that exercise can lead to better health and the youth wants to be socially.

The self-help app, meditation or better sleep?

My personal favorites are the self-help apps off Andrew Johnson. Recently we started meditation and yoga classes at our study and even though I was not enthusiastic at first his apps made me fall in sleep easier.

Andres Johnson offers many different self-help apps to help you gain confidents, power nap or speak better in public. I used the Power nap app to get a short sleep.

Make yourself comfortable at a place where you will not be disturbed. Get in a positioning that you could last as long as the recording. Start the recording and just listen and do what Andrew tells you to. His calm and relaxing voice will get you in a different state of mind. First he explains the rules of using and then he will tell you to relax. With multiple exercises he banns your thoughts out of your mind. I would love to explain the whole thing but it is best to try it yourself!

Why I think it is cool?

I think it is cool because with an recording of approximately 15 minutes he teaches you the skills you want. My power nap was never this easy. Since people have been more busy they want to spent their spare time better and more efficient. That is why is see future growth potential. It is easy to participate and everybody could do it.

It is very attractive because the first apps are free. After that you pay €2,69 for an recording that will last at your phone, computer or mp3 player and you will carry at all times.

If the bracelet noticed you have been inactive for to long he will remember you that you should exercise. Keep track of what you eat by inserting a menu or scanning the barcodes. And last but not least it searches for patterns in your daily routines.

Why I think it is cool?

Research showed us that people think they are left with less spare time then they just to. That is why I see future growth potential in UP, I think people want to spent their spare time better than they did and a better lifestyle will help increase this.

The high-tech lovers among us should love this. All this technic in a small bracelet makes it an attractive product for its users. It is a nice design with potential off becoming an hype if you ask me.

Unfortunately the price makes it less attractive. I do not think the big crowd is going to pick up on this before the price will increase.

In my First blog I would like to tell you something about the Healthkeep social network. While surfing on health sites I found this social network. The current popular social network are not anonymously and therefore not the places to go to with questions about your own health. So that is why Healthkeep was created.
